Well here I am again and guess what?? It was Wednesday so I made a card!! This is for the Twisted Tuesday Challenge and those girls are being so very twisty again.
Can you believe they want me to use Pink and Green? Two of my best colour so that’s ok, but can you beliver they want Red with it. Can you imagine? I struggled for a while let me tell you!! And just to put another twist in the tail, they want three brads and one ribbon. Ok, I did that.
So here it is, are you ready??
So I used a red card base to start and matted on a piece that has been put into an inked embossing folder and run through the Big Shot. I love doing this and it is becoming my favoured background.
A strip of ribbon across the top of the card, a square frame is laid on the background and covered with floral flourishesand leaves. The flowers are mulberry petals from Green Tara, layered and fastened with the brads. I have also used the tiny flowers again, they are so delicate and look so lovely.
Finished with a sentiment on a frame panel and butterflies. Liquid pearls to give the butterflies and the sentiment pop.

Absolutely gorgeous card Lauren!
I look forward to seeing your blog everyday and am disappointed when you don’t post. Do you use a cutting machine and what kind?

Hi Sandi, thanks for your lovely words, much appreciated. I use a Sizzix Big Shot and love it so much. It is so easy to use and cuts beautifully. hugs Lauren
So pretty! I love the background you set up for picture taking with the beads and other bling! I really need to do something to take better pictures….do you use a white box?
Hi Kathy, thank you. I use a home made light box made from a cardboard box and tissue paper as found online from a search of making a photography light box. Very simple and very effective but not very sturdy! Love hat you leave me comments, thanks so much!
