Hello Everyone!!
Yes I had to make a card today, just for the fun of it.
A Christmas card no less!! I did promise myself that I would make a Christmas card wvery week this year, well that did not work!
So here it is.
I loved making the background of this card. The panel is pieced together with a green crackle piece in the centre and the two side panels are a piece of music paper and stamped with Lucy’s stamps chalk holly and berries in green and red and then torn down the middle. All pieces are all edged in Vintage Photo Distress ink. When assembled the panel is placed on a Cranberry card base.
The Tree from the Lovely As A Tree set from SU is stamped in Versamark and heat embossed with gold EP the same as the sentiment from Lucy’s stamps. Both are on Oatmeal cardstock and matted onto cranberry card and then attached with dimensional mount adhesive.
Oh and of course would I ever do something without pearls or such?? Never, so 3 little pearls on the tree focal. You can see that Ted is loving it too!!
Thanks for calling in. I hope you have a great day
Hugs 🙂
