Well this week on Splitcoaststampers (I love that place, so much inspiration, so many ideas, so so much of everything) the Mix It Up Challenge is hosted by our favourite trickster Miss Lynn aka FMcrafter.
So she threw out that we must use glitter, so here we have a little number with glitter on the monogram letter and the numbers on the front.
Happy Birthday to someone special turning a big one ending in zero, it’s not nice to tell the age, so I can keep a secret, can you??
So here we have it, drumroll please…..
Burnt Sienna, my favourite colour, neutrals all the way through. Yes this is heaven. This is a concertina card with heavy covers that are covered in designer paper and the inside made of bazzill cardstock. Inked flowers embellished with rhinestones and that lovely printed twill. The letters are die cut, the numbers are handcut, then covered with ink, then glitter and then finally with Glossy Accents, love that stuff.
Inside has four ‘pages’. Each is inked around the edges and has a ribbon accent strip and some inking with random stamps. Each page is also embellished with inked flowers. The first page has a pocket and tags and an accent. The next has a journal page to write the greeting on. The next has an envelope pocket with tags and the monogram of the recipient’s name. Finally the last page has a little file folder with special wishes inside.
Now I hope she likes it. Seems I spent a lot of time on this for a little challenge, but it does have a greater purpose, and there will be a party, oh yay!!!
